Estriol and Estradiol are two of three principal estrogens produced by the body (the third being Estrone). Estradiol is substantially more active than its metabolites at the cellular level and when combined with Estriol can help improve menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, burning/irritation; as well as assist in the prevention of osteoporosis. Estriol may also help improve cardiovascular risk factors and can reduce pro-carcinogenic effects of Estradiol. 

This Bi-Estrogen formulation is a combination of 20% Estriol and 80% Estradiol.
