α-Fetoprotein (AFP), Tumor Marker - LabCorp

This test measures the level of a protein called alpha-fetoprotein in your blood. High levels can sometimes indicate certain types of cancer, like liver or testicular cancer, or other liver conditions. It is often used to help monitor cancer treatment or check for recurrence.
