Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) Labcorp

This test measures the level of a protein called carcinoembryonic antigen in your blood. Elevated levels can sometimes indicate the presence of certain types of cancer, although it can also be raised in non-cancerous conditions like smoking or liver disease. It is often used to monitor cancer treatment or check for recurrence after treatment.
