Aldosterone, Urine LabCorp

This 24-hour urine test is used in the study of adrenocortical-renin-angiotensin system. It is an adrenal cortical function test; used in the evaluation of renal hypertension, hypokalemia with hypertension, and the diagnosis of Conn syndrome (primary aldosteronism).
