Parathyroid Hormone-related Peptide (PTH-rP) LabCorp

This test measures the level of a substance called parathyroid hormone-related peptide in your blood. It is often used to help determine the cause of high calcium levels in the blood, especially when hyperparathyroidism is suspected but ruled out. High levels can indicate certain types of cancer or other conditions.
