Prothrombin with INR and Partial Thromboplastin Times - PT/INR: Screening test for abnormalities of coagulation factors that are involved in the extrinsic pathway. Also used to monitor effects of Warfarin therapy and to study patients with hereditary and acquired clotting disorders.
